Following the successful completion of a ranch project, this client commissioned Wyatt and Associates a second time to design an urban residence in the iconic Greenway Parks neighborhood of Dallas. The original architectural and planning style of Greenway Parks follows a Spanish model, and the client wanted the home to reflect the ideals of that architectural model. The architecture relies on classical massing and reflects the Spanish tradition of restrained classical detailing, with some modifications to allow for increased natural light within the interiors.
