About Wyatt & Associates, Inc. Architects

Wyatt & Associates is a boutique architecture firm in Dallas, Texas. We specialize in high-end residential and community buildings. In our nearly 30 years in business, we have designed projects in Dallas, the Texas hill country and Colorado. Greg Wyatt founded Wyatt & Associates Architects in 1991 and acts as the principal architect and designer on all projects. Greg personally guides every detail of the design from concept through construction administration.

We care about our clients

At the start of any project, our most important job is to listen. We want to truly get to know our clients and really understand them. We give each client and each project personal attention, regardless of its size or budget. Each one is important. A major architecture project is an important endeavor, and we will guide you through the process.

A building as unique as you are

Because we really know our clients, we are able to design buildings that uniquely reflect who they are. We work hard to understand their tastes, personalities and needs as well as the context of the project. We study the landscape – urban or rural – and we pay attention to the social and historical aspects of the building. We are not tied to a single architectural style. Instead, we draw on our strong understanding of architectural history to craft a building that represents each client’s personality in a timeless way.

Greg Wyatt

Principal Architect and Lead Designer

Greg Wyatt graduated from the University of Texas at Arlington School of Architecture in 1981. He is a member of the American Institute of Architects and the Institute of Classical Architecture and Art. Following an apprenticeship at Myrick-Newman-Dahlberg and tenure with Smith-Ekblad and Associates, Greg founded Wyatt and Associates in 1991.

A principal architect rarely leads all project design and construction administration efforts. But, at Wyatt and Associates, that is exactly what Greg Wyatt does. Greg is involved with every building detail, drawing, client meeting and site walk. His leadership has resulted in our continued success with clients and long-lasting relationships.

Greg is a registered architect in Texas and Colorado.
