With over 33 years of creating unique buildings, outdoor spaces along with exceptional architectural detail, the firm continues its tradition of close personal attention to our client’s goals and successful project completion. The firm’s primary focus is high end residential buildings. We continue to stay inspired by our clients’ visions and challenges. Principal Architect and Lead Designer
Greg Wyatt graduated from the University of Texas at Arlington School of Architecture in 1981. He is a member of the American Institute of Architects and the Institute of Classical Architecture and Art. Following an apprenticeship at Myrick-Newman-Dahlberg and tenure with Smith-Ekblad and Associates, Greg founded Wyatt and Associates in 1991.
Greg is a registered Architect in Texas, Colorado, & New Mexico.
Architect and Firm Associate
Randy McFarland joined the firm in 2007 and is a senior project manager. He holds a Bachelor of Science and Master of Architecture from the University of Texas at Arlington School of Architecture. His responsibilities include project management, architectural design, construction documents and construction administration.

Dean Smith joined Wyatt and Associates in 2004 following a tenure at Smith-Ekblad and Associates. He is a 1980 graduate of the University of Texas at Arlington School of Architecture and member of the Institute of Classical Architecture and Art. Dean improves the performance of our projects with his deep expertise in technical and structural capacities.
